Valentine's day Cooking Class at Estelle Gourmet

Our cooking Class is Back !
it's a full participation class!
You will prepare and cook all the dishes yourself under Estelle's guidance and supervision.

For this session, our Chef's menu: 

 Main Dish:
- Risotto aux Asperges et ses chips au parmesan / Asparagus Risotto with parmesan chips 

 Dessert:
- Moelleux au chocolat avec chantilly maison et salade de fruits rouges/ Molten Chocolate cake with Homemade Chantilly cream and Red fruits salad

The workshops lasts 2 hours, each participant puts on their apron, and begins following the recipes step-by-step before tasting them as group gathered around a table speaking French!
Everything is provided: apron, recipes and ingredients.
