Please join AFW for an evening with Deborah Davis to talk about her novel STRAPLESS: John Singer Sargent and the Fall of Madam X
The true story behind the portrait of an american socialite in Paris of La Belle Epoque , the scandal it generated and the demise it brought for the model and the painter.
The Portrait is exposed at the Met in NY.
The author will present her book and answer questions
live on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 11 at 7 pm.
The novel STRAPLESS was published by Penguin Random House in 2003.
About the Author:
